This is my first attempt at coloring in photoshop. This is actually based on an article I had to read for class about gambling and how the casino gets over on us common folk.
This is illustrating a part of the article where a lot of people wants to spin this replica wheel from The Price is Right. But what the spinners don't know is, the wheel was built to hit on some spots then others, while it misleads the people into thinking that they are winning. The shadowy maniacal figure in the back represents the behind the scenes aspect of that project, the knowing of what's happening if you will.
